I work on a blank plexiglass plate with Charbonnel Aqua Wash, rolling color onto the plate. Areas of the plate may be masked off with a tracing paper stencil to create edges. Color may be brushed on or a color field wiped into. I build layers of color to create a more complex seemingly single tone.
